So I havent found much on this but I have recieved it ingame... The describtion is: This upgrade increases damage and/ or aggression of any devices or Thaumatic creations it is attached to.
The recipe is done in a infuser with these objects/items: Netherrack, Stoneslab, and a Fiery Crystal.
This is obtained through research/Quasitum. Ive recieved this with Forbidden Fragment.
