So I havent found much on this but I have received it ingame... The description is: This upgrade increases damage and/ or aggression of any devices or Thaumatic creations it is attached to.
The recipe is done in a infuser with these objects/items: Netherrack, Stoneslab, and a Fiery Crystal.
This is obtained through research/Quasitum. Ive received this with Forbidden Fragment.

The Harnessed Rage artifact can be used on Walking Trunks to upgrade them; causing them to become aggressive to nearby players and/or mobs.
