Cats will often roam freely, kill mice and bunnies for food,they have different fur colours.To tame the cats you will need cooked Fish and then you need to throw it 'Q' at the cat.It should go up to it and eat it.Then you will need to right click the cat while holding a medallion to name it.If you have followed these steps correctly you should be able to pick the cat up on your shoulders by right clicking with nothing in your hands.

Now you need a Kitty bed and litter box for your cat to use.The bed is used for your cat to eat in and when pregnant will lie in before birth.You can fill the dish with pet food or milk.When the cat is eating/drinking you will see the level of food or milk draining slowly.If you don't feed cats in time they will become aggresive and attack the player and will soon calm down.
Breeding[]
When you have two tamed cats,you can breed them by giving them both cake.They will start breeding and one of the cats will lie down on the kitty bed.After a few minutes 1-3 kittens will appear.Kittens like playing with the player and chasing their mum.If you attack the kittens their mother will protect them.You can pick kittens up on your head instead of your shoulders.
